1. Spoonbridge and Cherry
The Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture is a whimsical piece of public art that also works as a fountain. The giant spoon with a cherry on top fascinates everyone who sees it. 2. Chain of Lakes Regional Park
The Chain of Lakes Regional Park is a system of trails more than 15 miles long that connects the urban shorelines of Brownie Lake, Cedar Lake, Lake of the Isles, Bde Maka Ska, and Lake Harriet. The sparkling waters make for some of the best views in Minneapolis, which is known as the City of Lakes for good reason. It’s the perfect place to take a sunset picture! We recommend getting on the water with a kayak or biking the route.

3. One of the Many Murals
Some of the most Instagrammable spots in the Twin Cities are vibrant murals, but there are way too many to just choose one! A few of our favorites include the Bob Dylan mural, the Greetings from Minneapolis mural, the “Baby I’m a Star” mural, and the Colorful Flower mural. New murals pop up all the time, and there are so many more that we could mention. Be sure to keep an eye out for them while you explore the Mini Apple, especially on Hennepin Avenue.
